What are the different CertifyMe products are available?
At the moment three different CertifyMe products are available:
- Study Guides (Concepts and Labs)
Gives you the theoretical background and the practical know-how. You download the Study Guide document and use it on your local PC.
- Questions and AnswersThis product should be used as preparation before the exam and comes with a pass guaranteed.
Some Q&A's still lack explanations at the moment. Our goal is to add explanations to all our Q&A products.
The Q&As includes the following:
A) Document. You download, view and print it on your local PC.
B) Testing Engine: Practice the questions in an exam environment.
Note: Testing Engine is not yet available for Case Study Exams and aslo for Other Products..
- Realistic Labs
Realistic Labs are available for some of our Cisco and Microsoft exams.
These are lab scenarios on how to solve the problems as well as detailed tutorial and lab solutions so that people can practice on their own equipment. They give overview of real router configurations so that you become familiar with the testing environment.

What document format are used for Q&A's and Study Guide products?
Q&As and Study Guides documents are provided in the CertifyMe PDF format.
Currently we are in a process of developing a new format called JATT
What type of Testing Engines are used by CertifyMe?
At the moment we don't have Testing Engine. We have products available in PDF format only

Questions and Answers with Explanations
What does your Q&A with explanations Contain?
Our Q&A with explanations contains simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect answers. With our Q&A you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt. More information can be found on our products page.
Do all your Q&A include explanations?
No, not all Q&A include explanations at this time but our future goal is to provide explanations with every Q&A.

How can I detect if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase?
Every Product page shows whether a exam has explanation or not. The Key here is at the products page check whether it says Q&A with explanations or a Q&A
Can I pass an exam with CertifyMe Q&A only?
Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend that you use one extra source, such as the CertifyMe StudyGuide, to provide the theoretical background and the practical hands-on experience. The Online Testing Engine is also recommended.(Testing Engine Coming Soon..)
What are Study suppose to ensure and what exactly are your Study Guides?
All of our StudyGuides are designed to ensure that you have the required knowledge to pass the exams on the first attempt. They consist of detailed explanations of the concepts that are tested in the exam as well as a labs section where you can learn the practical implementation of concepts. More information can be found on our products page.
What are the system requirements to use the CertifyMe products?
At the moment there are four requirements:
We are planning to provide our products for Mac and Linux operating systems in the future, but at the moment Windows is a requirement.
- You need a Windows operating system.
- You need have the right to install a program in Windows.
- Your computer must be able to access the Internet.
- You need to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
Are your updates free?
Free updates are available for 90 days after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired and is removed from the member zone of the user. For the document products you should print the product before it is expired.
Are three products that have more than 90 days of free updates?
Yes, there are 1 year bundles. If you are interested in bundles then please Contact email@example.com for more information.
Is it possible to extend the update period of expired product?
Yes, there is a very good deal if you want to extend your expired product period. Expired products can be repurchased at 50% discount from within your member zone
How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.
How do I know that there has been an update?
There are several ways to find out:
In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam
- The New Releases section on www.certifyme.com. You will notice the rapid updates here. CertifyMe makes several updates every day
- Status on an a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member zone
- Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
- CertifyMe also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in CertifyMe newsletter, usually once every two weeks. Registered CertifyMe users receive the Newsletter.
How do I receive my updates?
For PDF products:
There was an update. I already printed the previous version. Do I need to reprint the whole document?
- Go to www.certifyme.com
- Click on Member's Zone (right side)
- Enter your email address and password.
- You will see a list of purchased products.
- Click the appropriate product, for example Microsoft 070-290.
- Now download the product.
New questions are appended to the older versions. For most updates it enough just to print the new questions at the end of the new version.
There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.
What types of bundles do CertifyMe Offer?
CertifyMe has four different types of bundles:
If you intend to make a larger purchase and it does not fit the Ordinary bundles, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. They will give you a special price for the purchase.
- Ordinary bundles containing around 4 to 12 products. Examples are: CompTIA A+, MCSE 2000 Core; MCSE 2003 Core, MCSA De luxe, MCDBA, CCNP.

- Special customized bundles.
Where can I find the ordinary bundles?
From the Products page find the correct vendor, such as Microsoft, then scroll down to the last products. The bundles are listed last.
How do I use the buy 5 and get one for free bundle?
- Buy at least 5 products in a single purchase.
- Mail receipt of the purchase, your login ID, and select the free exam to email@example.com
The free exam should have a value not higher than the average price of the 5 purchased products.
- Support will add the free exam to your login and notify that it is available for download.
Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?
Yes we do. On our samples page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of two exams from all the certificates we cover. Further requests for samples can be provided. Please, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and state which sample you would like to receive

Yes, we can provide samples of all our products. Just mail your sample request to email@example.com and you will reveive any sample you want promptly.
What is the quality of CertifyMe products?
Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.
How is the quality of the CertifyMe product achieved?
CertifyMe experts, �ncluding MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs, etc. verify the answers and provide explanations. Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers. We also receive customer feedback on our products. So, we constantly have to review our products. This guarantees a high quality
