    How to Pay


    How do I pay for the products?

    There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used.
    1. Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge
    2. Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through. If you are interested in bank wire payment, please contact support@certifyme.com for further instructions.
    3. Western Union. We accept Western Union Money Transfer for any purchase. They payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes. You will have the products available within some hours after the money transfer. Use the www.westernunion.com site to locate a office close to you (Find Agent Location). If you are interested in Western Union payment, please contact support@certifyme.com for further instructions.


    Which credit cards does CertifyMe accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American, Express, Discover etc and more info can be found on paypal website.

    Is my credit card information secure at your site?

    Your credit card information is absolutely very secure because we are using paypal as means of payment. So, paypal is a big player in the world of ecommerce.

    I am hesitant buying things online. How secure is your site?

    Security of our customer's confidential information is of most importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor PAYPALas our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our serve.

    Does CertifyMe share their customer information database with third parties?

    At Certify Me we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.

    How to Purchase

    How do I make an online purchase?

    Select the appropriate products from the CertifyMe products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Select Checkout Items. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at CertifyMe and you are not a registered user, you will be register yourself at CertifyMe. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member Zone. If you want more detailed instructions mail support@certifyme.com

    I have made an online purchase? Where are the purchased products?

    The purchased products are available at your member zone. Here is the procedure to download your products.
    1. Go to www.certifyme.com
    2. Click on Login (to the right). Note: If there is just a Member zone link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password
    3. Enter e-mail and password Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Use the links in your member zone to access your products.


    I don't have any credit card, Can i purchase Certify Me products?

    Yes, CertifyMe accepts Bank Wire and Western Union. Contact support@certifyme.com for further instructions on how to purchase with Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer. Note: This will delay the process

    Do i receive a receipt for the purchase?

    Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your member zone for easy access.

    How to access purchased products

    I need further download instructions, Where can i find it?

    To access your purchased products follow the following steps:
    1. Go to www.certifyme.com and enter your email address and password on the right side
    2. Then Click on my account and there you will see download products under Current products section


    Purchase Problems

    I am not able to add products to my shopping cart, what is wrong?

    Ensure that your cookies are enabled. To be able to make online purchases at CertifyMe cookies must be enabled

    The system does not accept my credit card, what should i do?

    Leave the VALID FROM field blank. It is optional. Make sure that you use valid credit card details. If you still have problems then contact sales@certifyme.com for further advice.

    I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?

    We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.

    You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are two alternative methods of payments:

    Payment through Bank Wire.
    Payment through Western Union Money Transfer.

    The purchase went through succesfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my member zone. What is wrong?

    The order is manually reviewed. You should have your products available within 12 hours. If more than 12 hours has passed then support@certifyme.com

    The purchase seems to have gone through, though I have not received any e-mail confirmation on the purchase. What is wrong?

    There might have been a glitch in the purchase process. Please, contact to support@certifyme.com. Include your CertifyMe login ID in the mail. We will look into the matter.

    Terms and Conditions

    How are goods delivered?

    All purchases are downloaded from the internet. Typically you will have access to your purchases 10 minutes after we have received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed however, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for download

    How do I return the products that i have purchased?

    After successful purchase from CertifyMe your product(s) will be made available within ten minutes through your Member's Zone. If for any reason you have difficulties accessing or using your product or service you have direct email access to our support team through support@certifyme.com. In the event that we cannot solve any technical difficulties we will replace your product or service with a new product/service of your choosing - or credit the account you used to make the purchase. Due to the electronic delivery nature of our products and services there is never a need for Returning your purchase. At the end of your product license term, you will no longer receive automatic updates or support for your purchase. Letting your subscription to CertifyMe expire will effectively cancel your license, no special notice is required by you, the user, to cease a product's life cycle. Questions about your products, services and any charges can be found in your CertifyMe Member's Zone, and by contacting support@certifyme. CertifyMe.com will respond to all customer inquiries (by phone or by email) within 48 hours

    How do i ask for a refund?

    In the event that we cannot solve any technical difficulties we will replace your product or service with a new product/service of your choosing - or credit the account you used to make the purchase. Contact sales@certifyme.com if you feel you are in need of a refund or need customer support.

    How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?

    Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.

    What kind of data protection does CertifyMe have?

    User information including email address, password and product purchase history are stored on our secure servers. Credit card and payment account information is recorded by the credit card processor itself, CertifyMe never has access to your credit card information.
